Before transitioning into residential real estate sales, Niv worked in commercial real estate lending, where she evaluated deals across multiple asset classes, navigated complex financial structures and built a strong foundation in underwriting and real estate market analysis. Her career then expanded into investment and development, serving as Investor Relations Manager at a Los Angeles real estate development firm.
Niv holds a dual Bachelor's degree from Brandeis University, where she was awarded the prestigious Wien Merit Scholarship.
