Contact, Valley updates and price-review forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, communication consent and the page where you submitted the request. Depending on the form, they may also collect your real estate interests, message and property address. Please do not submit sensitive personal or financial information.

Your information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss real estate services, follow up on requested market updates or property analysis, and maintain inquiry records. A request for Valley updates is saved for Niv’s follow-up; it does not establish that an automated newsletter service is active. Technical request information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.

Form submissions are stored in a private lead inbox using Lovable Cloud. Access to that inbox is password-protected. Hosting, storage and other infrastructure providers process information as needed to operate the website. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. The website is not configured to sell lead information or share it with advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The private admin area uses a session cookie to keep an authorized administrator signed in. The website also loads Google Fonts and remotely hosted photos or videos; those providers receive technical information, such as an IP address, when your browser requests resources. No advertising pixels or audience analytics are currently configured in the website’s application code. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent admin access.

The assistant saves one conversation in your browser’s local storage so it can reappear on this device. Use the clear-chat control to remove that history, or clear your browser’s site data. Anyone with access to the same browser may be able to view it. Each question sends the conversation to Lovable AI for generating a response; do not include sensitive information. The website does not save chat transcripts to the lead inbox or its database. It stores a site-wide monthly message count and processes security information for abuse prevention. AI processing and operational diagnostics are subject to service providers’ applicable policies. A shared allowance of 150 visitor messages resets each calendar month in Los Angeles time; attempted generations, including interrupted or failed answers, use that allowance.

Inquiry records are kept as needed for follow-up, legitimate business purposes and applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion of information you submitted. Reasonable access protections are used, but no website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Contact Niv to request access to, correction of or deletion of your submitted information, or to withdraw marketing consent. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. These rights depend on the law’s applicability and exceptions. Requests may require reasonable identity verification; do not send an identity document unless a secure method is arranged. An authorized agent may contact Niv on your behalf, subject to verification of authority.

You can ask Niv to stop marketing communications at any time by email or phone, or reply STOP to a text. Message and data rates may apply. Withdrawing marketing consent does not necessarily remove records required for legal or transaction purposes.
